Food Service & Hospitality

Students in the Food Service & Hospitality program will gain hands-on food and restaurant experience while operating the school's restaurant, "Herbs & Spices". Areas emphasized are meal preparation, baking, salads, kitchen equipment, banquet services, breakfast services, waiter/waitress training, and kitchen and dining room management. Instruction includes preparing, serving and knowledge of quality foods, safety and sanitation, management, equipment operation and maintenance.
