Previous Graduate Returns to MPATC
The Mt. Pleasant Area Technical Center Culinary Arts students were privileged to observe several cooking demonstrations by Chef Danny Carson. Students enjoyed tasting gourmet foods such as chocolate raspberry cheesecake, New England and Main crab cakes, stuffed pork chops, and bananas foster. Chef Danny, a 1995 graduate of the MPATC Food Service Program, is currently  an executive chef at Breakers on the Bay in Port Austin, MI.
