Unpaid Trainee Experience
 

Gain practical, hands-on experience, at a job site, in a related career area.  Spend 1 to 2 weeks working as an unpaid trainee during your regularly scheduled class.

Remember:  Unpaid Trainees are not required.  They are offered to provide actual on-the-job training.  Placement is subject to employer availability.  (All Federal and State requirements are followed).

Find out what someone's job is really all about, and help decide if that's the right career path for you.
 
  • Talk with the people who do the work!
  • Visit the work site!
  • Tour the facility!
  • Observe and ask questions!
 
Nearly 300 area professionals, from Accountants to Zoologists (and everything in between), are eager to share their knowledge!
